First of all, see your 1st house, planet sitting on your 1st house, placement of your ascendant lord ( extremely important ), strength & power of your Lagna. 🙂 Yes, it’s your first house which tells about your overall personality, health, life focus & interests. The first rule is that if your Lagna lord is weak, badly placed, affiliated, or malefic planets sitting in your 1st house then it shows health issues & problems especially in its mahadasha.
The 6th house is the house of diseases, struggles, health issues as well. So, activation of your 6th house or its lord shows health issues especially if its badly placed, affiliated, or in bad condition. If Lagna lord is also connected to your 6th house or 6th house lord then it shows some health issues.
Now, come to major health issues. The 8th house is the house of transformation, sudden troubles, sudden gains, sudden losses, accidents, injury, fire accidents, destruction of health, etc. So if your Lagna lord is weak or affiliated or somehow your 8th house or lord connected to your Lagna lord then it might cause sudden or major health issues. Planets or conjunctions like Mars-Saturn, Saturn-Rahu, Sun-Saturn, Mars-Rahu, Mars-Ketu, Saturn-Ketu, etc in the 8th house can cause sudden health issue or any accidental event in its Mahadasha. If Trikon houses are supportive then loss might be minor or you would be saved :).
The 12th house is the house of isolation, loneliness, sanyas, hospitalization, jail, losses, etc. An association of 12th lord with 1st house or 1st house lord can cause health troubles in 12th house lord mahadasha.
The 4th house is the house of mental peace, happiness, home life, vehicles, cars, etc. Moon is the planet of emotions, sensitivity, mental strength, and inner happiness. If your moon and 4th house & its lord are badly affiliated then it might cause stress, depression, psychological, headaches, overthinking, etc related issues. Now, if your 4th house is badly affiliated, moon or ascendant lord is also weak or 4th house is connected to 8th or 8th house lord then it might show some sudden troubles, injury, or accident.
